Pets Inc – Terms and Conditions for Sales Quote & Invoicing


1. Validity of Quotation


All quotes provided by Pets Inc are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. After this period, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.


2. Acceptance of Quote


A quote is considered accepted upon written confirmation from the client (email is acceptable), issuance of a purchase order, or upon payment of the required deposit.


3. Pricing


All prices quoted are in Qatari Riyal and are exclusive of applicable taxes, delivery charges, or additional services unless explicitly stated. Pets Inc reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.


4. Invoicing and Payment Terms


Invoices are issued upon order confirmation or delivery of goods/services.

Payment terms are [100% upfront or 50% deposit and balance upon delivery] from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated. 

5. Delivery and Lead Times


Estimated delivery or fulfillment dates provided in the quote are approximate and subject to stock availability. Pets Inc shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.


6. Product Returns & Refunds


Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with proof of purchase. Custom orders, live animals, and opened pet food are non-returnable. Refunds are issued per our Return Policy, available on request or on our website.


7. Ownership and Risk


Goods remain the property of Pets Inc until full payment is received. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery or collection.


8. Cancellation Policy


Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Cancellation after shipment or for custom/special orders may incur restocking fees or be non-refundable.


9. Disputes


Any disputes regarding invoices must be reported in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Unreported disputes will be deemed accepted.


10. Governing Law


These terms shall be governed by the laws of Qatar , and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
